Our History
We decided to create sober living homes after addiction impacted our family and we realized that there was a need for high quality sober living homes in Lancaster County Pennsylvania. We discovered how important a positive home environment can be, as a foundational part of recovery. Our belief is that people need a decent place to live as they battle to overcome addiction. We adhere to the principle that a quality living situation facilitates the recovery process.
Our Mission
Our goal at R3 House is to provide a high standard of living for people recovering from drug and alcohol addiction. We believe that our residents deserve to live in a quality home, in an accountable atmosphere with the opportunities to flourish spiritually, emotionally and physically. We seek to foster a process where individuals can:
RECOVER from addiction.
RESTORE their self-esteem and confidence while discovering their God given abilities.
REBUILD their lives.
R3House LLC is Licensed by the State of PA through DDAP. We are located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and surrounding areas.

John | Executive Director
John is the visionary, property development, financial and mentoring lead for R3. With over 30 years of experience in Information Technology consulting, he has held executive and partner-level positions at IBM, Accenture, and Avanade.
In addition to his role in R3, John currently works as Executive, Partner in a global Information Technology advisory firm.
Scott | Recovery Specialist
Scott is a Certified Recovery Specialist and trainer specializing in recovery coaching and strengthening recovery-oriented environments.
Scott is active with organizations like the Lancaster County Reentry Coalition, Recovery Advocacy Project, and The Lancaster County Recovery Alliance. He advocates for the many diverse pathways of recovery as well as increasing the understanding of recovery within our communities.
Randy | Recovery Specialist
Randy, an alumnus of R3 Recovery House, is passionate about recovery and is a Certified Recovery Specialist and Business Development Lead for R3 Recovery Services. A licensed funeral director in both NJ & PA, Randy brings over 35 years of experience with helping people in challenging situations.
Tori | Intern

Tilly | Therapy Dog
With over a year of experience in the field, Tilly has proven irreplaceable in the R3 office. She is a natural when it comes to engaging with and bringing joy to residents. Her hobbies include sock theft and squirrel chasing.
