ENROLLMENT PROCESS
& REQUIREMENT
You are not alone in your journey to recovery. R3House provides a group living environment for those seeking sobriety. Located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, we serve the local community and surrounding areas. We believe community living in a supportive environment — with accountability — is an effective tool in the recovery process.
All potential residents will need to go through an application process to ensure we are a fit for your needs. Our Director of Operations will consider each situation, conduct and interview and determine eligibility for residing at R3House.
R3House is licensed by the State of Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP) and follows State of PA and Federal law in determining eligibility to take part in our programs.
Below we have outlined the typical circumstances from which our residents join and live at R3:
COMING FROM REHABILITATION FACILITY
We work with your placement professional on the right timing for you to leave Treatment to come to R3 and on your post Treatment plan. Many people will have a follow up program of about 30 days where you will continue to receive professional care in a step-down plan (often referred to as PHP or IOP) to facilitate your move back into daily life.
Your stay may be contingent upon your cooperation with the medicate advice from the Treatment center staff and following your discharge protocol and plan.
Driving privileges will be determined in conjunction with your placement professional and the R3 Director of Operations.
COMING FROM ANOTHER RECOVERY HOUSE
If you are coming from another recovery house, we will want to know the circumstances of your departure to ensure you are eligible to stay at R3 House. In general, if you have maintained your sobriety and have a respectful and cooperative relationship with the members of the house, you should be eligible to live in R3.
Our Director of Operations will make the determination and inform you of availability of a space in one of our homes.
COMING FROM A HOSPITAL, FROM BEING INCARCERATED OR FROM A NON-RECOVERY LIVING SITUATION
Some individuals may come from a Hospital program, from a home environment where they have maintained sobriety but need additional structure or from being incarcerated for non-violent possession or DUI related charges. Each case will be evaluated based on the individual circumstances and with the priority for the safety of our residents and smooth operations of our homes.
Our Director of Operations will evaluate your situation and make the determination for eligibility and space availability at R3.
